I recently purchased a lamb box and a Large Beef box. Both are of exceptional value. The Lamb Shoulder slow cooked was amazing, as were the Chops... as they used to be full size , with Marrow still in the bone and flavour that you greatly appreciated.
The Beef so far has been so good, the star of the show being the short rib, slow roasted again the bone just slid out of the meat, and the taste and flavour was as good as I have tasted in a very long time.
Amazing beef. I've been buying from Hollie and George for a few years now. Cannot fault the meat, every piece is delicious. And its delivered!!! What more could you ask for. Try it, you'll be bitten

Another tasty box, the texture and taste of this meat is second to none, the steaks are to die for, reminiscent of days gone by when all meat was like this and the juices from the joints make lovely real gravy.
