A 'half a lamb' box consists of a leg and shoulder joint, loin chops, mince, ribs, neck & kidney.
The meat is butchered and vacuumed packed by a local family-run butchers. Our meat is delivered chilled, and never frozen. A half lamb box will roughly take up one drawer in your freezer.
Please note that the expected delivery date can be up to a few weeks after ordering. This allows you to choose the cuts of your lamb box, as per the options displayed. Each lamb box is butchered based on your order choices.
