About us

Hello, we are Hollie & George and we sell lamb & beef direct from our farm. George started the farm from scratch a few years ago, alongside us both working full time. We are both originally from North Wales, we rented various parcels of land which was on short- term tenancy agreements. In February 2026 our dream true….we secured a farm tenancy! We moved to ‘Home Farm’ in Bostock, near Winsford, Cheshire. Moving to a bigger farm means that we have room for more animals and can open our very own farm shop. 

On our farm we have native breeds of sheep & cows. We have Lleyn ewes, which originate from Wales. We have Aberdeen Angus cows & also Longhorn cows. You can learn more about our farm & where your food comes from by following us on social media.

Back in October 2022 we started to sell our produce direct in the form of meat boxes, and we haven’t look back!

Quality We are passionate about selling high quality produce from our farm. Our animals are mainly native breeds and are grass fed. This helps to produce tasty meat.

Traceability By buying your meat directly from our farm, you can be assured by the traceability of your meat. Our produce has been born has been born & raised  on our farm.

Low food miles By buying directly from our farm you are helping to minimise the number of food miles involved in the food chain from producer to consumer. This improves our farm's sustainability and reduces the impact on the environment.  

We offer beef box and lamb box deliveries. See our website to buy grass fed meat, including grassfed beef and grassfed lamb. We offer home delivery meat boxes and attend a local farmers market. Welsh beef boxes: roast beef including topside, silverside, chuck roast, ribeye steak, sirloin steak, fillet steak, rump steak. Beef shin, beef brisket, perfect for BBQ. Short ribs on the bone, perfect for bbq beef ribs. Minced and diced beef. 

Welsh lamb boxes: lamb roast shoulder, leg of lamb, lamb mince, lamb loin chops, lamb ribs. Boned and rolled joints available.
