Our native breed cows are grass fed & the carcass has been hung for a minimum of 28 days which intensifies the flavour. Our meat is delivered chilled & never frozen.

Absolutely stunning meat . I ordered a large beef box and so far I’ve had the fillet steak which was so delicious , melt in the mouth . I slowcooked the short ribs , stunning. mince and other steaks are great too .
£165 for approximately 10kg of grass fed beef from a local farm is tremendous value .
I’d spend that at an average restaurant for the family .
If you’re on the fence about ordering , I can advise you to go ahead .
I’ll be ordering meat regularly from this farm .

First time ordering after recommendations from friends. I messaged Hollie to say I wanted a piece of brisket and she made sure I had a piece in my box. It was how I remembered brisket should be..meltingly soft and packed full of flavour. The proof of excellent butchery was when I cooked my husbands sirloin steak blue(rare) . I rested and cooked as normal and when he cut into it, it didn't bleed. Proof the animal has been grass fed and then hung to age correctly. Not pumped up with water and preservatives like supermarket beef. I will only buy my beef from Hollie and George...thank you both so much for offering a wonderful business ❤️
