A Full box consists roughly cutlets, loin chops, chump steaks, 2 shoulders, 2 legs & some mince, plus the kidneys. A full lamb box is double that of a half box.
The meat is butchered and vacuumed packed by a local family-run butchers. Our meat is delivered chilled, and never frozen. A whole lamb box will roughly take up two drawers in your freezer.
Please note that the expected delivery date can be up to a few weeks after ordering. This allows you to choose the cuts of your lamb box, as per the options displayed. Each lamb box is butchered based on your personalised order choices.
