First time ordering after recommendations from friends. I messaged Hollie to say I wanted a piece of brisket and she made sure I had a piece in my box. It was how I remembered brisket should be..meltingly soft and packed full of flavour. The proof of excellent butchery was when I cooked my husbands sirloin steak blue(rare) . I rested and cooked as normal and when he cut into it, it didn't bleed. Proof the animal has been grass fed and then hung to age correctly. Not pumped up with water and preservatives like supermarket beef. I will only buy my beef from Hollie and George...thank you both so much for offering a wonderful business ❤️

I ordered the half lamb box and was amazed at the quality. The lamb is delicious. Delivered straight to my door. I'm pleased to be able to support our local farmers and to be able to buy great tasting meat locally.

I can't recommend Beeches meats enough! Meat is amazing and full of flavour, proper meat as it should be. Just ordered the mince beef and the quality and taste is amazing. I'm so happy I can order local bred meat as it should be.

I have been looking for an organic Welsh farmers to deliver the meat to Uk. I followed Beches Meats and discovered their care to animals and their produce and the fact that they deliver fresh not frozen meat.
I’ve order both Lamb and Beef box and was very happy with communication and product!
I would be definitely ordering again!

We are really enjoying the quality of this meat and knowing it was cared for and grew up just up the road from us is a massive bonus :)
