A 'half a lamb' box consists of a leg and shoulder joint, loin chops, mince, ribs, neck & kidney.
The meat is butchered and vacuumed packed by a local family-run butchers. Our meat is delivered chilled, and never frozen. A half lamb box will roughly take up one drawer in your freezer.
Please note that the expected delivery date can be up to a few weeks after ordering. This allows you to choose the cuts of your lamb box, as per the options displayed. Each lamb box is butchered based on your order choices.

I have been looking for an organic Welsh farmers to deliver the meat to Uk. I followed Beches Meats and discovered their care to animals and their produce and the fact that they deliver fresh not frozen meat.
I’ve order both Lamb and Beef box and was very happy with communication and product!

I'm very pleased with the meat. It's very tasty and I thinks it's good value for money. As everything came portioned and vacuum packed (fresh, not frozen!), I could decide what went in the freezer and what I would cook throughout the week.
On top of that I like to support the local farmers and rather eat Welsh lamb than the lamb from New Zealand that you get in most supermarkets.

Delivery was 3 days after I ordered, so that was really quick.
Delivered on time and well packaged, and some of the best lamb I’ve ever tasted. The shoulder joint was beautiful and extremely tender. Will definitely be buying again, and recommend to anyone.
